Founded in 1987, Goldridge Group is a Wisconsin Limited Liability Partnership consisting of two principals, Gerard M. Koehn and Steven L. Stamm. Prior to founding Goldridge Group, both Mr. Koehn and Mr. Stamm individually owned and operated successful general construction companies.

Primary Focus

With two primary focuses, real estate development and general construction, Goldridge Group is multi-faceted in the services it is able to offer it customers. By offering a variety of building options to their customers, and paralleling that with their desire to not only build projects but to understand and find creative solutions to their customers needs, Gerard and Steve have grown their company on the foundation principal of building great relationships with their customers.

Growth

As their company has grown, Gerard and Steve have maintained their philosophy of choosing developments and projects that balance safety with innovation and opportunity. Although the size and scope of our developments/projects have grown from fast food facilities and automatic car washes, to the $30 million Northernaire Condominium Resort and the $75 million Waterford Mixed-Use Development, the foundations principals in which we conduct business have not.
